We love the regular and white Ariston balsamic vinegars and use them daily as salad dressings. The Lemon Infused White is really very special and give it very high marks. It’s a little bit more expensive, still very affordable.

I received a bottle of this as a Christmas present a few years ago and have been in love with it ever sense. I live in Florida and with all the warm/hot weather, we eat a lot of salads. This vinegar is light and refreshing. The Lemon infusion is just right to brighten up the salad without overpowering anything else. The tomatoes taste like tomatoes and the cucumbers just taste better. I highly recommend it.
