This white balsamic is hands down the best i’ve tasted. It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. This may sound a little crazy but I will only use this with Ariston’s Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the two paired together are simply a marriage of flavor that’s just fabulous on salads! That said I only use this White Balsamic for my home maid salad dressings. A 5 star buy that you won’t regret.
